A Study on Antitoxicity of Ochratoxin A to the Activity of K562 cell-line Labeled 51Cr

Abstract
|
|
|
The studies were performed to investigate the antitoxicty of phanylalanine and tyrosine to the ochratoxin-A(OA) in the K562 cell-line labeled 51Cr in vitro.
@ES The results of this experiment were as follows:
@EN 1. Average number of the CPM were inhibited significantly (p<0.05) at dose levels of OA (125μM and 250μM).
2. Average munbers of the CPM of the antitoxicity of phanylalanine to OA were promoted significantly (P<0.05) at all dose levels of OA groups added phanlalanine (10μM) compared to control and OA group.
3. Average numbers of the CPM of the antitoxicity of tyrosine to OA were promoted significantly (P<0.05) at the dose levels of OA group(60μM-125μM) added tyrosine(100μM) compared to control and OA group, but, average numbers of the CPM of the
antitoxicity of tyrosine to OA were inhibited significantly (P<0.05) at dose level of OA group (250μM) added tyrosine (100μM) compared to control and OA group.
